Windie-Oct-2009-Litter

This litter is dear to my heart. At 6 days old Windie & pups were taken to the ER. I had noticed her milk was diminishing and she had developed horrible diarhea, then stopped eating. She was still trying to be a very good mom, as she always does, but her pups were not getting enough milk. $1500.00 later, and two nights in the ER, a uterine infection is our diagnosis, and I will be spaying Windie after the pups are weaned. Much to the vets surprise, I learned of a supplement that is worth it's weight in gold, and it brought her milk back in. The pups are thriving and gaining weight! Their names, I believe, are appropriate, but may be changed upon purchase.
